Good location but noisy and cramped

The location was good and the apartment was clean.

The walls were thin and we could hear the people in the next room over talking, and children crying, in the middle of the night. The apartment was cramped (there was hardly any room between the kitchenette and the door to the bathroom). The “or” in the description ( sea or pool view”) was doing a lot of work; our room was on the ground floor adjacent to the pool, and we could hear the pool furniture being moved early in the morning. One reason we chose this place was because it had a hot tub, but not only were we told that we’d have to request it hours in advance so they could get the water, we did so and arranged our plans around it only for it to not be working. The staff at the desk wasn’t interested in resolving this and didn’t seem bothered about having wasted our time.

location - secind lane from the sea but with a park in front of the hotel quit part of the hotel hidden from the main street and near the restaurant

Mostly you pay for location, pools, gym, kitchen and other facilities, but room is not comfy enough.

The kitchen have all necessary to make coffee, cook and store food. Location is great to visit beach in 3 minutes. Also there bus station at the hotel. The dinner is diverse, so you can try many spanish dishes, but the taste is middle.

Room seems like too cramped. The conditioner was too loud. It was pretty dark at the sleeping room because of the small window there, but my husband liked it.

Nice place but they can do better then this!

the staff was great and friendly, the place was clean and the food was good!

The beds were very uncomfortable, like sleeping on wood! our shower tray was broken so while showering our entire bathroom was full of water. the couch in the living room was saggy in the middle…a lot of defects in a room you pay more then €400 a night

Good for family, a group of friends with nice location and friendly hotel staff

Overall it was a good experience staying in an apartment room, which is spacious and has a big balcony. The air-conditioner worked well and it has been cleaned up well. The receptionists were friendly and recommended good restaurants around the area. In addition, it is allowed to use facilities after check-out, which was welcoming and convenient for guests to enjoy the last day. Even though the kitchen prepared our meals relatively slowly, they were still friendly, which is difficult to occur in Germany.

We booked a room with a description of the sea view. However, the palm trees blocked our balcony view, which was different from what we expected when booking this room. The buffet was fairly good, but the main dish lamb and fish were too tough, so we have no choice but to eat other finger food like fries and nuggets, which might be acceptable for a family with kids but not very decent for those who pursue tasty foods.

Great Hotel close to beach, airport and all amenities.

The studio was roomy and had all the basic facilities needed to cater for ourselves plus a very large balcony that had a partial sea view. The location was great being just one street back from the beach and all the bars, restaurants etc. We needed the room to tie us over for the day due to late flight time so extremely close to the airport and good value.

Excellent Value for Money

Good sized clean apartment with modern facilities and nice balcony view over pool area. Breakfast choice was extensive and food quality was excellent. Staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and welcoming.

Check in was a little frustrating being told that I needed to show my entire families passports to gain access to my room even though they were on a later flight. It shouldn't be too hard to check me in separately and then check them in later - which is what we eventually agreed we would do.

Wonderful

Great resort, nice location, close to the beach and far enough from loud bars at night. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Bus station is here too. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Daily cleaning, staff was super friendly and helpful.

The bed mattresses are too hard.

The breakfast was very enjoyable. The indoor pool was lovely. The 2 bed family apartment was very spacious.

The outdoor pool was very cold (April), the sauna and jacuzzi weren't working. The room was sold as having a poolside view which was an inaccurate description from booking.com
